Pilates stabilizes and strengthens your core, improves balance, and posture.  It's easy on the joints and very effective.  You will finish, knowing that you've worked!


Yin yoga focuses on increased flexibility. In this gentler practice, seated poses are held for a few minutes which allows for a deep, delicious stretch.

Enjoy the stillness and calm of Restorative yoga; the ultimate stress-buster. Props and seated postures held for long periods help to relax/reset the body's systems. A wonderful way to balance the intensity of life's daily challenges.

Restorative Yoga

A moderate paced movement focusing on breath, alignment, and endurance, Hatha yoga, can increase your muscle tone, strength and flexibility.  It can also improve heart health, help you sleep better, and increase energy levels.

One hour of practice is equal to four hours of sleep! You don't have to be good at meditating to feel the power of Yoga Nidra. You'll be guided into complete relaxation and total awareness and end feeling completely refreshed!

Raindrop Technique uses holistic methods and essential oils to bring your mind and body into deep relaxation and harmony.  This gentle bodywork will unwind you in the most decadent way. You will leave with a spring in your step!

Available as an add-on service to the Raindrop Technique. Choose a fifteen minute Thai Head massage  and/or Foot massage.  Thai yoga works on accu-pressure points and energy lines to help release tension and toxins from the body.
